Dominic Schertenleib.
I started out as a design engineer, drawing up machines. Today I design processes and the software behind them. What has stayed is the standard that, in the end, something has to work – in everyday use, not just on paper.
My training combines mechanical design and business informatics. That mix helps me translate between business departments, IT and management.

How I work
Standard before custom
What the standard can do, we use. Custom development happens where it brings clear added value.
Plain words
You learn early what is going well, what is not and what it costs. Even when the answer is “better not”.
One point of contact
From the first analysis to operations you talk to the same person. Knowledge does not get lost between hand-overs.
