Starting point

Applications arrive in all kinds of formats – as PDFs, by email or via portals. HR teams spend a lot of time reviewing documents, checking mandatory details and comparing profiles with the posting before the actual conversation starts.

Solution

I developed an HR module that captures incoming applications automatically, checks them for completeness and uses AI to rate them against the job's requirement profile. Every assessment comes with a traceable explanation – the decision stays with people.

Outcome

Recruiters see at a glance which applications are complete and how well they match the profile, and can focus their time on the interviews.

AI-assisted invoice and receipt extraction

Starting point

Invoices and receipts from many suppliers arrive in arbitrary layouts and languages. Entering them manually into a uniform format cost time and was error-prone.

Solution

The result is an API and a SaaS application that read documents automatically, recognise the relevant fields with AI and convert them into a standardised, machine-readable format – including validation against master data and an interface for review.

Outcome

Documents are processed in a uniform, structured way regardless of the sender's layout. Staff only review the cases the system flags as uncertain.

Starting point

An investment company continuously tracks new offers and developments in its industry across many sources. Manual research was laborious, and interesting opportunities were discovered late or not at all.

Solution

I developed a service that automatically scans relevant sources, structures the information it finds with AI and rates it against the company's criteria. Attractive opportunities reach decision-makers prioritised and with reasoning.

Outcome

The team sees new opportunities earlier, prepared in a comparable way and sorted by its own criteria – instead of searching sources by hand.
